Returns and Cancellations

 

CalibrationX places the highest priority on customer satisfaction and believes we offer the highest quality products on the market. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know. We’ll do whatever it takes to respond to your concern and remedy the problem! 

OUR "NO-HASSLE" RETURN POLICY

Returns may be processed with a Return Authorization (RA) by email: returns@calibrationx.com to get instructions on how to return the item to CalibrationX. 

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.


All returns for credit must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, inner packing materials, original manuals, instructions, warnings and warranties as well as any software or accessories included if applicable. Product returns for products ordered in error are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus any applicable charges for necessary inspection, reworking or refurbishing.  We do not refund shipping costs already incurred by CalibrationX unless item you are returning has been deemed manufactured defectively. 

In order to protect our employees who are receiving the returned product, a safety form (decontamination request) may be required for some returns. Our Customer Service Team will let you know if this applies to your return.

Restricted Products:

We reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming returns. In addition, there may be some restrictions on certain products being returned, such as:

  • Non-cancellable and non-returnable products (as communicated per your invoice or order acknowledgement)
  • Expired or discontinued products
  • Refrigerated or perishable materials
  • Products that are no longer in usable condition (unless being returned for repair)
  • Custom products or items purchased on ‘special order’ basis

CANCELING AN ORDER

We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and orders need to be canceled or postponed. When that is the case, please call us at +1-415-967-8200 to discuss canceling your order. If the order has not shipped, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel the order without further penalty. For orders that have shipped, please follow the returns policy noted above. Restrictions may apply for cancelation on certain products that are noted as non-returnable or non-cancelable on order acknowledgements.
