Shipping Policy

Orders containing all 'In Stock' items will ship from our warehouse within 24 business hours.  All orders which are "Made to Order" or Custom" will ship within 72 business hours.  Please note, all products which require to be shipped "cold" will be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid items being left at shipping carrier's warehouses over weekends.

Freight charges can be estimated in your cart, except under certain conditions. You must enter your zip code or be logged in, to see your options for expediting delivery and the cost for each method. 

In the event that we cannot provide shipping charges during checkout (example's include but not limited to: items that are oversized or shipping outside the US.), final shipping charges will be added at the time the order ships. 

If a shipping method is not specified, we will determine the most expedient and efficient means of shipment. Appropriate charges (such as freight and insurance), provided by the various carriers used by CalibrationX, will be added to your invoice. These charges are determined (at time of shipment) by product plus packaging weight, overall package dimensions, as well as any other special shipping requirements, such as HAZMAT materials. Your final shipping costs may differ.
